As a trade business owner, you probably get inundated with all types of content, resources, and tools. Our offerings will be vetted, curated, and come from multiple sources, including what is submitted by your peers from across the country that already works them. However, we will also have professional creators developing content, templates, and resources from multiple platforms, partners, and tools, and the content in your particular trade cohort will be designed specifically for your particular range of trade offerings. Plus, members will be able to submit requests for new content and resources, and we will produce as many options as we can based on trending needs. For this reason, we expect each cohort community to grow into the best trade-specific resource offering in the marketplace. Our hope is to make it so that you eventually have practically everything you need to grow your business, and rarely need to spend the energy and time, responding to ads and salespeople, or searching outside of your community to get more.

Unlike a franchise, whatever you leverage in the Trade Federation community is entirely up to you. Our objective is to provide as many options as possible to help you grow, manage, and build your business. However, we know that business owner needs and their individual focus and priorities will vary dramatically. As a matter of fact, if you already have things that have been proven to work for you, then we hope you will submit it to the community so that your peers can benefit from what you have learned. And, of course, we hope that others will contribute many things that you can leverage to help you in your business. It's really a matter of the concept or analogy that a high tide raises all ships! The goal is for everyone to win in as many ways as they can.

Membership pricing is made of two components, both of which are required: 1) The core Trade Federation Overall Community Membership, which includes all of the Core Features, and 2) Your Trade-Specific Cohort, which is based on the size of your exclusive territory population.

Also, qualified founding members are eligible for a 50% lifetime discount off of their entire membership subscription, including all Core Features, as well as their Trade-Specific Cohort & Exclusive Territory, as described below.

The Trade Federation Community with all of the Core Features is $397 per month, or $3970 per year. Either way, membership is an annual agreement. However, the annual payment option saves two months per year versus paying monthly. The second component of membership is for your trade-specific cohort and the pricing is determined based on the size and overall population of your desired exclusive territory. This component of membership is $97 + ($20 for every 100,000) in the population of your selected territory zip codes, if paid monthly. And, it is $970 + ($200 for every 100,000) when you pay annually. Again, the annual payment plan will save you two months per year versus paying on with the monthly plan. It is our desire to provide as much value as we can for the dollar. And, of course, it is our vision to continually enhance the overall offerings, features, as well as each cohort experience by providing the latest and greatest content, assets, solutions, customer support and array of services possible.

No. The Trade Federation community offers multiple cohorts or smaller sub-groups, including those with restrictive access, and others with broader community access. Each member operates within an exclusive, trade-specific protected territory cohort, so that you’re never sharing insights in your cohort with someone who competes in your market. The goal is to collaborate with peers who face the same challenges in different markets—so everyone benefits without risking their competitive edge. That said, there will be other sub-groups that may include potential competitors that are members of other cohorts. Each sub-group has a clear and definitive purpose and description that lets you know clearly if your competitors may or may not have access. As an example, we offer regional geographic territory groups where members of all of the cohorts in that region of the country can participate in discussions on regional topics, such as local taxes, regional natural disaster collaboration, and regulatory issues. These groups have the potential to include competitors, so you would know not to discuss competitive related issues in this type of sub-group. And, of course, you determine what you are willing to share in each cohort or community group, regardless, and what you are not willing to share.

That’s entirely up to you. Some members will check in briefly each week to browse insights, download assets, or scan discussions. Others will engage more deeply by attending events, contributing ideas, or leading conversations. The platform is designed to deliver value whether you spend five minutes or five hours—without creating another obligation on your calendar. Plus, we will provide regular update emails or notifications that will keep you in the loop when you are consumed.

Trade Federation is being built in collaboration with its Founding Members. Your feedback directly influences how features evolve, what gets built next, and where investment is made. If your needs change over time, the community is intended to adapt alongside you. The goal isn’t to lock you into a rigid system—it’s to grow something flexible that continues to serve your business as it scales. Your input and feedback will be vital to making the Trade Federation the best it can be for you, and for your peers.
