This Policy also describes how we collect, use, maintain, protect, and disclose that information.

This Policy applies to information we collect on the Website and through your use of the Services (including registration), and through communications between you and us (email, text, calls, and other electronic messages).

This Policy does not apply to information collected by Third-Party Platforms you choose to access through the Services. Portions of the Services may be delivered via Third-Party Platforms; those platforms have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

By accessing or using the Services (or clicking “accept” or “agree” or “submit”), you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.


1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy and provide notice by email, platform notice, Website notice, or by providing the date of update at the top of this Privacy Policy document. Continued use after changes is deemed acceptance.


2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

(a) Identifiers / Account Data: name, business name, address, email, phone, username, password, trade/cohort selection, territory selection, and similar registration/profile fields.

Correspondence: emails, messages, support requests, phone calls/voicemails, and related records.

User Content: posts, comments, files, templates, uploads, forms, and other content submitted to communities or cohorts.
(d)
Transaction Information: purchases, subscription plan, invoices, billing address, payment confirmation (payments processed by third parties).
(e)
Search Queries & Usage Inputs: searches performed within the Services; prompts, inputs, and requests submitted to tools (including AI tools), plus resulting outputs.
(f)
Application / Eligibility Data (if applicable): trade verification, licensing confirmation, territory qualification info, and business sizing indicators you voluntarily provide.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

We may collect information about your equipment and usage patterns, including:

(a) Activity Data: pages viewed, features used, actions taken, cohort participation, messages, event attendance, course progress, and interaction time/frequency.

Device/Connection Data: operating system, IP address, browser type/language, device identifiers.
(c)
Approximate Location Data: derived from IP or device settings (where enabled) for security, fraud prevention, analytics, and local relevance.

Technologies used may include cookies, web beacons/pixels, JavaScript, entity tags, HTML5 local storage, and mobile advertising identifiers. Third-party analytics/advertising providers may also use tracking technologies subject to their own policies.

2.3 Demographic / Aggregate Information

We may collect or derive aggregate/demographic data that does not identify you individually (e.g., cohort totals, usage metrics, anonymized analytics).

2.4 Information from Other Sources

We may receive information from partners, service providers, publicly available sources, or Third-Party Platforms you connect, and add it to your account information as permitted by law and your settings.


3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We may use the information we collect to:

(a) provide the Services and content to you;
(b) manage accounts, cohorts, territories, and subscriptions;
(c) respond to requests and provide customer support;
(d) process transactions and send billing/subscription communications;
(e) deliver cohort content, events, courses, templates, and tool access;
(f) personalize and improve the Services, including recommendations;
(g) monitor and analyze trends, usage, and performance;
(h) detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, and violations of our terms;
(i) enforce our agreements and collect amounts owed;
(j) communicate updates, service announcements, and policy changes;
(k) send promotional communications (you may opt out of marketing emails);
(l) conduct research, surveys, and product development;
(m) administer contests or promotions (if offered);
(n) comply with law and protect rights, safety, and property.


4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We may share aggregated/anonymized data without restriction. We do not share personal information except as described below:

(a) Service Providers/Contractors: hosting, support, analytics, email/SMS delivery, moderation tooling, security, payment processing, and similar vendors bound by confidentiality obligations.

Third-Party Platforms You Use: if you use features delivered by Third-Party Platforms, your data may be processed by them under their policies.

Business Transfers: merger, acquisition, restructuring, asset sale, bankruptcy.

Protect Rights and Safety: fraud prevention, abuse investigation, security.

Community Visibility Note: If you post content in community areas, others may view it depending on cohort settings. Use caution when sharing personal or sensitive business information.


5. AI-SPECIFIC PRIVACY DISCLOSURES

5.1 AI Inputs/Outputs and Storage

If you use AI-enabled tools within the Services, we may store prompts/inputs and outputs to provide tool functionality, maintain your history, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and improve service quality.

5.2 Cohort Visibility and Isolation

We will configure tools so that, to the extent available, your AI request history is visible to you and not broadly visible to other Members. Limited administrative access may be available for support, compliance, and abuse prevention.

5.3 Third-Party AI Providers

AI features may be provided by Third-Party Platforms or AI vendors. Their policies may govern how they process data. Where possible, we will select configurations intended to avoid using Member confidential data to train public models—however, we cannot guarantee a Third-Party provider’s policies beyond our contractual and configuration controls.

5.4 Safety and Prohibited Content

We may monitor and restrict AI usage that violates law, infringes IP, enables deception, or breaches community rules.


6. YOUR CHOICES

(a) Cookies/Tracking Controls: adjust browser/device settings.
(b)
Marketing Emails: opt out via email footer instructions; transactional emails may still be sent.
(c)
Targeted Advertising: where applicable, adjust device/browser ad settings or opt-out tools.
(d)
Location Controls: disable location services where applicable.

We currently do not guarantee responses to “Do Not Track” signals.


7. ACCESSING, CORRECTING, OR DELETING YOUR INFORMATION

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some deletions may require deleting your account. Some data may be retained for legal, billing, security, or legitimate business purposes.


8. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have rights including access/know, deletion, correction, portability, and opt out of sale/sharing where applicable. You may submit verifiable requests using our contact details. We will respond within legally required timelines.


9. VIRGINIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (VCDPA)

If you are a Virginia resident, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt out of targeted advertising/sale/profiling in certain cases. Appeals may be submitted using our contact details.


10. SECURITY

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining password confidentiality.


11. RELATIONSHIP TO TERMS OF SERVICE

Your use of the Services is subject to this Policy and our Terms of Service, including dispute resolution provisions and Virginia governing law.

We may provide a cookie policy or cookie banner disclosures where required.
